Redesign an existing local arts and entertainment site. Today's news and entertainment websites are so busy with content competing for users attention they forget the power of simplicity. Distill the information into a useful layout that doesn't overwhelm. Don't be afraid to challenge convention, remove content, and devise new interactions. Be mindful of advertising placements which allow a site to survive. Ads should be incorporated and hopefully re-imagined.
Present your refreshed homepage and any sub-pages that can help explain your vision. The desktop is the primary context for this project but be mindful of users escaping their desks with tablets in hand :)
